In 2006，Hong Kong Jiurong International Packaging Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Hong Kong
In 2013，Guangzhou Jiurong Trading Co., Ltd. was formally registered and established with a registered capital of RMB 500,000.
In 2014，The company name was changed to Guangzhou Jiurong Packaging Co., Ltd.,and increase the registered capital to RMB 5.5 million.
In 2018，Guangdong Fowa Holdings Co., Ltd, the subsidiary company, was founded with a registered capital of RMB 100 million.
